Working with Service Design Academy was an opportunity to shape how organisations solve real human problems. This wasn’t just another branding project – it was about capturing the Academy’s commitment to practical creativity, inclusivity, and transformative learning.
Service Design Academy empowers people to rethink services in ways that truly work for users. The visual identity needed to reflect this ethos: approachable yet expert, optimistic yet grounded in rigour. We created a brand that felt fresh and progressive, with a clear typographic system, distinctive colour palette, and graphic elements inspired by mapping and co-creation tools.
At its heart, the identity celebrates people coming together to make change happen. It conveys collaboration, energy, and clarity, ensuring that learners, partners, and staff all feel part of the Academy’s journey.
Seeing the Service Design Academy brand rolled out – from workshop materials to online platforms – reinforced how design can unify, inspire, and drive lasting impact. This project wasn’t just about aesthetics. It was about equipping people to transform their organisations and communities for the better.
